ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS FOR SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
Admission requirements for NEW / TRANSFEREE senior high school students:
- PSA Birth Certificate (3 pcs photocopy)
- Grade 10 Report Card / Form 138 (original copy)
- Certificate of Good Moral (Original)
- 3 pcs 2×2 and 1×1 ID pictures
- 3 Long brown envelopes
- QVR /ESC Certificate (from private school)

- Form 138 (original copy)

- Certificate of TOR (Evaluation copy)
- Certificate of Transfer Credential
- 3 Long brown envelope
- Good Moral copy
- 4 pcs 1×1 ID picture
- 2 pcs 2×2 picture
TUITION AND FEES
- JUNIOR HIGH SCHOOL
- Php 19, 500.00 yearly
- SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL
- STEM: more or less Php 27,000.00
- ABM/HUMSS/GAS: more or less Php 25,000.00
- Miscellaneous fee: Php 5996.53
- Tuition fee: Php 565.71 per unit
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE (HIGH SCHOOL)
Step 1: Have your registration form signed by the Dean of Student Affairs.
Step 2: For new and transferee students, the second step is to have your registration form signed by the Guidance Counselor. Old students may proceed to Step 3.
Step 3: After the Guidance Counselor signed your registration form, proceed to the principal’s office for the Principal’s signature.
Step 4: Have your registration form signed by the Treasurer. If you need guidance, you may seek assistance from the Principal.
Step 5: Have the registrar (office is in the high school office) sign your registration form.
ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE (COLLEGE)
Step 1: Fill up the registration form and head to the Department for Student Affairs (DSA) office and have your form signed by the Vice President for Student Affairs.
Step 2: Proceed to your preferred course’ department for evaluation/line up of the subject loading. The department head will sign your registration form as an indication for completing this step.
Step 3: Proceed to Window 1 for the downpayment. Again, your registration form will be signed by the staff as an indication that you have completed this step.
Step 4: If you are planning to stay in the dormitory, meet the dormitory dean for the approval of your room. You may skip this step if you do not intend to stay in the dormitory.
Step 5: Proceed to Window 8 or 9 for the printing of your Certificate of Registration (COR) and submission of your admission credentials.
