AMCC Learning Center

We are offering Kindergarten 1 for ages 4 – 5 years old and Kindergarten 2 for 5 years old and above. For admission, the following documents are required:

  • 2×2 ID
  • Birth Certificate

High School

AMCC offers junior and senior high school. For senior high school we have the following strands: STEM, ABM, and HUMSS. To enroll, you need to prepare the following documents:

  • PSA Birth Certificate (1 original copy and 2 photocopies)
  • Report Card / Form 138 (original)
  • Certificate of Good Moral – Original
  • 3pcs 2×2 and 1×1 ID Picture
  • 3 long brown envelopes
  • QVR / ESC Certificate from Private School (OPTIONAL)

How to enroll as a junior or senior high school student of AMCC? Just follow the following procedure:

  1. To enroll for AY 2022 – 2023, fill out the Google form via this link. For continuing students, use your institutional email. After you submit the form, an email will be sent to the email address you have provided.
  2. Proceed to the Vice President for Student Services’ office (DSA) and submit your printed application form. For continuing students, present your printed registration form.
  3. Proceed to Window 1 and pay the down payment. For continuing students, outstanding balances should be paid first prior to paying the down payment.
  4. Proceed to the principal’s office and present the following:
    • registration form
    • notarized parent’s informed consent
    • photocopy of vaccination card, and
    • student contract
  5. Lastly, proceed to the registrar’s office (Window 10) and present your registration form.

College

Incoming freshmen

  • Original and 2 photocopies of Form 138
  • NCAE Rating (OPTIONAL)
  • Original and 1 photocopy of Certificate of Good Moral
  • 3 Photocopies of PSA Birth Certificate
  • 4 pieces 1×1 and 2×2 ID picture
  • 3 long brown envelopes
  • Certificate of HRD (only if you are a dependent of an AMCC employee)
  • Interview result by the dean

Transferees

  • Original copy of the Certificate of Transfer credential
  • Original and 1 photocopy of the Certificate of Good Moral
  • 1 original and 2 photocopies of Transcript of Records (Evaluation copy)
  • 3 photocopies of PSA birth certificate
  • 4 copies of 1×1 and 2×2 ID pictures
  • 3 long brown envelopes
  • Certificate of HRD (only if you are a dependent of an AMCC employee)
  • Interview results by the dean

How to enroll in college here in AMCC? Just follow the following procedure:

  2. After filling up the Google form, proceed to the Vice President for Student Services’ office (DSA) and submit your printed application form. For continuing students, present your printed registration form.

  4. Next, proceed to the Guidance and Counselling office and submit your information sheet.
  5. From the Guidance and Counselling Office, proceed to your department head’s office for the evaluation/line up of subject load.
  6. If you like to stay in our residence hall (dormitory), see the dormitory dean in the DSA’s office for the approval of your assignment. If you will not be staying in the dorm, proceed to the next step.
  7. Lastly, proceed to the registrar’s office (Windows 8 / 9) for the printing of COR and submission of credentials.
